BOOSTER CLUB INFORMATION

How to stay in compliance with the Arcadia PTO:

Step 1:  Fill Out Booster Contact Form Here 

Step 2:  Join the PTO Here

The Booster Club President AND Treasurer must be members of the Arcadia PTO.  This can be paid for using booster funds, since it's required - if they don't want to join with their own money.

Step 3:  Add the PTO Treasurer to the Booster Bank Account. 

The Booster bank account must have the PTO Treasurer as a SIGNATORY on the account ASAP.

Step 4:  Read the Booster Handbook

Step 5: Attend the Booster 101 Meeting

Booster 101 is hosted by the PTO Treasurer every year in the fall. It is MANDATORY for every Booster President + Treasurer to attend. How to file taxes, and more will be reviewed.

Step 6:   Complete SUSD Volunteering Application Here

Ask all booster chaperones to complete the Volunteering application.

Step 7:  Complete Taxes by July 1st

​Tax records completed by July 1st in previous year.   How to file taxes correctly is covered at the Booster 101 meeting.  Contact the PTO Treasurer with questions at treasurer@arcadiapto.org.
